You posted to five groups this morning.
Who actually read it?

Tick sends your daily project update to every broker individually over WhatsApp — so you get a delivered and read receipt for each one, instead of silence from a group of 247.

The difference

A group post tells you nothing.

Same message, same cost per broker. One of them reports back.

QuestionsAnswered from inventory

Your morning, after

Three minutes, not forty.

Step one

Update the inventory

Mark units sold, released or repriced as it happens. Every change is recorded with what it was before.

Step two

The update writes itself

Tick composes the message from what actually changed — units, prices, availability, commission. You edit rather than write.

Step three

Send and watch

Pick the broker list and send. Read receipts arrive within minutes, per broker and per brokerage.

What's inside

Everything the morning needs.

Live inventory

Projects, units, prices and availability. Every change logged, which is what makes the daily update write itself.

Broker directory

Import from Excel or straight from an exported WhatsApp group. Tiered, tagged, assigned per project.

Distribution lists

Saved audiences by project, tier or language. Behave like a group, send individually.

Answers from inventory

A broker asks what's left in Azure. The reply is built from live stock — never invented, in Arabic or English.

Engagement per brokerage

Read rates ranked. The firms ignoring you are a conversation, not a mystery.

Opt-out that works

A broker replies STOP and is suppressed instantly, permanently, and re-checked mid-send.

Dubai

Trakheesi permits, tracked.

Every Dubai advertisement needs a valid permit, they run 60 days, and they void when Form A is revoked. Tick holds the permit number and expiry against each project and tells you before one lapses — not after.

RERA project number, escrow account and Form A status sit on the same record.

MRD-VSVista Heights 6d
MRD-PLThe Palms Collection none

Advertising without a valid permit is a RERA violation. Fines start around AED 50,000.

Straight answers.

Can it post to our existing broker groups?

No, and neither can anything else. Groups created in the WhatsApp app are invisible to the official API — there is no endpoint for them. Tools that claim otherwise use unofficial libraries that get numbers banned. Tick imports the members out of an exported group chat and messages them individually instead, which is why you get read receipts.

Do we have to give up our current WhatsApp number?

No — and you shouldn't. Registering a number on the API permanently disables the WhatsApp Business app on it, so your existing groups would become unreachable. Use a second number for Tick and keep both running. We set this up with you.

How long does setup take?

The system is ready the same day. Meta's business verification is the long pole — usually a few days to a couple of weeks, and it needs your trade licence. We start that first and load your projects and brokers while it runs.

What does WhatsApp itself cost?

Meta bills you directly, per message. We help you get a utility template approved for inventory updates rather than a marketing one — materially cheaper, and not subject to the marketing frequency cap. At 400 brokers daily that difference matters.

Who owns the broker list?

You do. It's your instance and your database, exportable to CSV at any time. We don't pool broker data across customers and we don't sell it.

What if a broker complains?

Any broker replying STOP is suppressed immediately and permanently, and the list is re-checked mid-send. Tick also pauses itself if the failure rate spikes or your quality rating drops — the protections exist because a restricted number is very hard to undo.

Send tomorrow's update and see who read it.

A 20-minute call. Bring one project and your broker list — we'll show you your own numbers, not a sample.
